A pending transaction has not been rejected. It is still being confirmed with the provider. Money has left your wallet but the outcome is not yet known, and it can still complete successfully.
Buying again while the first attempt is still confirming is the most common way people end up paying twice. Check your transaction history first and wait for the original to resolve.
Transactions that stay unconfirmed are re-checked against the provider on a schedule rather than being left alone, so an outcome is reached without you chasing it.
A successful prepaid purchase returns a meter token. Keep the receipt from your transaction history — the token is issued once and the receipt is your record of it.
Some plans cannot be delivered to a line that owes airtime, or to a number the network reports as ineligible. Where this happens the purchase is refunded and the reason is shown.
Provider prices move. If the amount changes after you have reviewed it, KaysPay asks you to confirm the new figure rather than charging a different amount silently.
If a transaction has neither completed nor refunded after a reasonable wait, email support@kayspay.com.ng with the transaction reference from your history. Never include your password, transaction PIN or a one-time code.
